Rosemary Tracy earned her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture. Her training includes extensive studies in both Chinese and Japanese
acupuncture styles along with Chinese herbal medicine. Rosemary is a Nationally-Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist and is board certified as a Diplomate by the National Commission
of Certification for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Before becoming an acupuncturist and herbalist, Rosemary worked as a home health aid for adults with disability and mental illness. It was this work with marginalized populations that
sparked her interest in studying internal medicine. Her passion for the healing arts has expanded to practicing Reiki, teaching yoga, and the cultivation of medicinal herbs; Rosemary curates medicinal herbal products including teas, tinctures, salves, and liniments.
In her time as an acupuncturist, Rosemary has become adept at developing individualized treatment plans for her patients, building positive patient-practitioner relationships, and honing skills for treating a wide range of illness and disease including digestive disorders, musculoskeletal pain, fertility and women’s health, migraines, insomnia, and along with mental emotional concerns such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
At one point early on in acupuncture school when Rosemary was just beginning to study Chinese herbs, she remembers realizing that she had been waiting all her life to learn this ancient medical practice. The desire to deepen and perfect her practice of acupuncture and herbal medicine continues to be of utmost importance in her life. She welcomes with gratitude each individual that comes to her seeking treatment.
